Ciel Social, a new initiative, hosts diverse music events in Singapore, blending genres like house, techno, and psytrance. Founded by Andre Marc, Chirag Khandelwal, and Halis Can, the group emphasizes inclusivity and social connections. Their events range from sunset soirees to snowy parties, fostering a positive energy in the local music scene. Despite being new, Ciel Social has quickly become a significant contributor to Singapore's music revival.
For their one-year milestone, they held a celebration on August 12th at Sand Bar in Sentosa. The venue, situated on the edge of Sentosa Island with a view of picturesque Siloso Beach, offers a unique tropical retreat. Guests were treated to a mix of progressive house and melodic techno by the trio, including a special appearance by Colombian DJ Kamilo Sanclemente, who delivered a captivating three-hour sundowner set.
